Bloomington Township is hiring for the position of Front Desk/Client Service Associate. The role involves greeting patrons, conducting initial intakes, scheduling appointments, answering client questions, maintaining files, entering data into the database, and handling phone calls. In addition, responsibilities include filling client orders, maintaining inventory records, transporting and stocking food at the pantry, and ensuring compliance with food bank requirements. The role may also involve occasional inspection of various township properties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required. Candidates should be personable, detail-oriented, and capable of showing concern for clients in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The ability to handle deadlines and multiple tasks is essential. A valid driver’s license is necessary. Candidates with an associate’s degree or high school diploma and two years of related experience or training are preferred. Preference will be given to residents of Monroe County.

This is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with an additional Saturday shift once a month. The starting pay is $22 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, health insurance, and PERF.
